Because we are expanding our business rapidly, we are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst owner that loves creating products that enable people to commute more sustainable and efficiently.
Who are you?
You get your energy from:
- Helping and guiding the different Toogethr teams and clients to obtain the right information to help them solve business problems with insights from the data;
- Inventing, designing and developing business cases with internal and external data with the purpose of improving the organization;
- Liaising between the different teams and data engineering team (productivity) to ensure all requests from the business are met;
- Communicating with the different stakeholders (internal and external) to identify what problem they are trying to solve;
- Extracting and processing the right data sources from the available systems (handle missing data, outliers, and data inconsistencies);
- Being able to come up with and develop the right statistical analysis to get to best result possible;
- Coming up with and enhance existing commercial solutions;
- Ensuring data accuracy for the intent of the analysis;
- Understanding and communicating the implications of the data representation and are able to enhance it to fit its purpose;
- Creating automations that transform the raw data into the insights that enable actionable results;
- Being available for 40 hours a week.
You at least have:
- Master’s degree or higher in IT, technical and/or data science related studies;
- Experience with working in cross team collaboration. You can effectively partner and communicate across the full organization (IT, sales, marketeers, operations and developers). Understand that business and IT teams communicate differently;
- Understanding of the business problem(s) and effectively utilize data to create solutions;
- Profound experience working with Python / R, SQL, Looker and Excel;
- An understanding and are able to communicate the assumptions coming from the presented results;
- A dissatisfaction with the current status quo and are constantly on the lookout for new (realistic) opportunities that can be solved with data;
- The ownership over the things you develop and create;
- Sufficient experience in a Data Analyst or similar role;
- A passion to solve business problems with data;
- The passion for working in a start-up environment;
