Because we are expanding our business rapidly, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product owner that loves creating products that enable people to commute more sustainable and efficiently.
Who are you?
You get your energy from:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of market trends;
- Co-developing strategies for product improvement and positioning;
- Understanding and advocating the customer's perspective throughout the product development process;
- Collaborating with marketing, sales and support teams to gather customer feedback and identify common pain points or requests;
- Prioritizing the product backlog based on customer needs and business value;
- Developing requirements and stories based on direct customer feedback and back-up by data;
- Communicating product changes and updates to customers in a clear and engaging way;
- Driving the GTM approach and assuring a successful product launch together with the Marketing and Sales teams;
- Working closely with the solution architect and the development team to ensure customer requirements are understood and correctly implemented;
- Being available for 40 hours a week.
The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, driving market value and a proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
You at least have:
- Bachelor degree or higher, or similar level of work and thinking;
- Two or more years of experience as a Product Owner, working in multiple teams;
- Experience with working in cross-team collaborations.
- Understand that business and IT teams communicate differently;
- Understanding of the business problem(s) and effectively utilize gained insights to create solutions;
- The ownership over the things you create and develop;
- The drive to successfully launch, monitor and grow the product.
- Sufficient experience (3+ years) in a product owner role or similar role;
- A passion to solve customer problems with data, insights & marketing the solution;
- The mentality to work in a startup environment.
